The Classic Almond Block is our flagship product. Made by hand, it is shaped and cut by hand to keep its iconic form. Its bright, distinctive white colour comes from fine wildflower honey and careful craftsmanship. Cooked slowly for eight to ten hours, it is true slow food to be savoured. Light and crumbly, this nougat is rich in toasted almonds, joined by the scent of vanilla for a rounded aroma. Completely free of gelatine and thickeners, its uniqueness comes from artisan skill and the finest raw materials. A unique, unforgettable sweet, perfect for sharing special moments and making precious memories.

In our workshop in Ospedaletto d'Alpinolo, Irpinia, with a few selected ingredients and a slow, artisanal process. No preservatives, colourings, hydrogenated fats or industrial pre-mixes.
