Caramelised Puffed Wheat Frollini. Fragrant shortcrust biscuits with sweet, crunchy caramelised puffed wheat. Delicious, as if just out of the oven!
Since 1988 our biscuits have been baked to the very same recipe, born from a mother's wish to feed her three daughters with wholesome, genuine food. That recipe is still followed with passion, devotion and innovation.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour type "00", butter, puffed wheat 25% (puffed durum wheat 57%, sugar, glucose syrup, honey 1.3%, vitamins (PP, B5, B6, B2, B1, B12)), sugar, eggs, raising agent, salt, flavouring.
May contain traces of tree nuts and soy.
Allergens are shown in bold.

In our workshop in Ospedaletto d'Alpinolo, Irpinia, with a few selected ingredients and a slow, artisanal process. No preservatives, colourings, hydrogenated fats or industrial pre-mixes.
