Since 1988 our biscuits have been baked to the very same recipe, born from a mother's wish to feed her three daughters with wholesome, genuine food. That recipe is still followed with passion, devotion and innovation.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour type "00", sugar, honey 10%, water, bicarbonate, flavouring.
May contain traces of tree nuts, milk, eggs and soy.
Allergens are shown in bold.

In our workshop in Ospedaletto d'Alpinolo, Irpinia, with a few selected ingredients and a slow, artisanal process. No preservatives, colourings, hydrogenated fats or industrial pre-mixes.
