Torronificio del Casale’s Mandorlato panettone is made in our workshop in Irpinia, Campania: a soft, fragrant dough studded with Barry Callebaut Belgian white chocolate, beneath a coating of the same chocolate and toasted almonds. The velvety sweetness of white chocolate meets the warm aroma of toasted almonds. A recipe we have been making for more than thirty years.

Every Christmas, there are customers who simply will not go without their Mandorlato panettone.

No preservatives, colourings, hydrogenated fats or industrial mixes: we make it from scratch.

It arrives gift-wrapped in a clear wrapper bearing our name, finished with a satin ribbon and a gold seal: ready to give to any lover of white chocolate, to bring to the Christmas table, or simply to keep for yourself.

Farina di grano tipo“00”, zucchero, uova, burro, cioccolato bianco 15% (zucchero, burro di cacao, latte intero in polvere, siero di latte in polvere, emulsionante (lecitina di soia), aroma naturale (vaniglia). Cacao: min. 28%.), vino liquoroso, mandorle, polvere lievitante, emulsionante in pasta, sale, aromi. 

Può contenere tracce di altra frutta secca a guscio.

Gli allergeni sono indicati in neretto.

Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto e lontano da fonti di calore.

In our workshop in Ospedaletto d'Alpinolo, Irpinia, with a few selected ingredients and a slow, artisanal process. No preservatives, colourings, hydrogenated fats or industrial pre-mixes.
