Torronificio del Casale’s pistachio panettone is made in our workshop in Irpinia, Campania: a soft dough made with 100% pistachio paste, Barry Callebaut Belgian white chocolate and toasted pistachios, beneath a coating of the same chocolate and pistachios. The full flavour of pistachio, rounded by white chocolate, with the crunch of toasted nuts. A recipe we have been making for more than thirty years.

No preservatives, colourings, hydrogenated fats or industrial mixes: we make it from scratch.
