Our Classic Crumbly Hazelnut Nougat is an artisan sweet made with fine wildflower honey. The long eight-to-ten-hour cooking gives this nougat a crumbly, light texture, enriched with toasted hazelnuts for a rich, rounded taste. Ideal for an indulgent break or as a special gift, this nougat is completely free of gelatine and thickeners. Packed in a handy 70 g bar, it makes every moment sweet and memorable.

In our workshop in Ospedaletto d'Alpinolo, Irpinia, with a few selected ingredients and a slow, artisanal process. No preservatives, colourings, hydrogenated fats or industrial pre-mixes.
